Pilates For Rehab Certification Courses

For certified Pilates instructors and serious Pilates practitioners

Our Courses for Pilates Instructors

Synergy+ offers unique courses and workshops for Pilates Instructors and movement professionals who are interested to learn rehabilitation techniques to use in their daily practice. The courses and workshops are taught by a California Board Certified physical therapist and Certified Pilates Teacher. They are designed to be taken online or in person.

Our courses and workshops are specifically for certified Pilates instructors and serious Pilates practitioners wishing to integrate PILATES exercises for rehabilitation and injury prevention into their practice. Instructors will learn a systematic movement-based approach to exercises including observation and understanding of faulty movement strategies and its correlation with pain and pathology.
